On of the main things that pushed many immigrants out of Cuba was when Fidel Castro took over in government. MAny people didn't like the way he treated people people and ran the government. Many of them were protesting against the communist regime. When they didn't change it this caused many cubans to immigrate to America. Also the majority of Cubans came pretty much for better life. They wanted the chance to get jobs, make more money, and provide for their family what they couldn't in Cuba. This dream or reality has pulled many Cuban immigrants to Florida specifically Miami which is now home to tons of Cubans and has began to become a spanish filled city. These types of actions and things have paved the way for many Cubans to come if they decide to venture to America for better lives and economic opportunites.
